It’s all my fault, the ones you provided are completely fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and using the same patch again but it didn’t really work. Now they show the 7-day free trial option thing and I can’t use them anymore. Honestly, I thought they would still work only to realize the patch? (I’m not sure) was for the older versions (i think?).
However, due to my lack of knowledge and common sense, I updated these applications to November 2019 versions via Creative Cloud. I started practicing Illustrator earlier. It’s my first time to do this and I’m so happy I managed to install them properly and use the patch? successfully.
